Return and Cancellations

Although we believe that you will be delighted with your purchase of any product from Earthveda, for any unsatisfactory experience, kindly contact us at the below mentioned details and we will promptly replace the item or initiate a refund of its purchased price as per the terms and conditions mentioned below.

How to Return an Item

Kindly return the items within 7 days of purchase with original packaging. We don’t accept returns if the seal is broken. To return an item, you may raise a return request against your order ID by writing to us at – orders@earthveda.in
Shipping the product back to our facility has to be arranged by the customer with the following details:

a. Reason for return
b. AWB No. (Courier tracking number)
c. Send it to the below mentioned address-

Once we receive the products we will inspect it & will send you a confirmation email of return acceptance, then amount will be credited to your account within 14 working days after you receiving our acceptance email. If you happen to receive a defective/damaged product, you can raise a replacement request by sending us a mail at orders@earthveda.in . Be sure to attach a picture of the product received so that we can evaluate its condition. Products acknowledged as ‘damaged’ or ‘defective’ will be collected by us. Once we receive the item at our facility, we will verify its condition and initiate the process of refund or replacement accordingly.
